What's a Pop Up Wedding?
The Pop Up Wedding is an all inclusive package, including our venue, a celebrant, photographer, florist and a cocktail reception afterwards. It's a no fuss, stress free wedding, all organised for you so you don't have to make any difficult decisions. The dates are set in advance on days we choose (generally on a weekday), and we will hand pick the vendors for you. Numerous couples will get married on the same day, but you won't ever see another wedding party as it's carefully structured and laid out that way. The whole package lasts for two hours; a 30 minute ceremony, and a 45 minute photography session while your guests (30 of your closest family & friends) enjoy canapés for 90 minutes. And the best part? It's significantly more cost effective for you... because who isn't saving up for their honeymoon?!
Thursday 17th August 2017 $3200
Pick a time slot:
12.30pm - 2.30pm
2pm - 4pm
3.30pm - 5.30pm
5pm - 7pm
But why do the time slots overlap?
Essentially, while 'John & Sarah' are celebrating their new marriage with their friends & family at their mini reception, 'Ben & Kate' are gazing into each other's eyes at their wedding ceremony! At the same time, but in two different areas. Don't worry, you won't even know there are other people there!
So, what exactly is included?
Venue for 2 hours
30 minute ceremony by a celebrant
Photography of your ceremony + 45 minute portrait session throughout the gardens
Bridal bouquet & groom buttonhole
90 minute reception w/ canapés
Can I have more than 30 guests?
Shoot us an email with your plans at firstname.lastname@example.org - we'll see what we can do!
What's the food like?
Delicious! There will be arrival platters waiting for your guests when they arrive to the reception space, followed by a selection of 6 canapés, and a mini burger.
What about drinks?
We are a BYO venue, so you can organise a couple of drinks to throw into our stainless steel drink trough. You can organise the ice, or we can do that for you at an additional fee. We can also provide glasses if you'd like to add that on as well. We also provide complimentary water and glasses for your guests.
Who are all the vendors?
We like to share the love around, so the photographer and celebrant will change each time. Our caterer is Private Chefs of Brisbane, and our florist is Rainforest Gardens Florist.
What happens with the flowers?
You email our florist with any ideas or inspiration you have, and she'll see what she can do within the package for you. If you like a particular style/flower/colour that isn't in season or is a little more costly, you can choose to pay the extra.
