Since we reopened in 2015, so many couples have been able to enjoy their special day here. But it shouldn’t have to end there.
We can't wait to provide the ultimate indulgence for our newly married couples and the perfect escape for those lucky enough to explore our naturally wonderful Redlands Coast.

For Ceremony & Reception combined bookings, it is a requirement that all four chalets be added as an inclusion in the booking (additional charges apply).
All bookings included as part of any wedding package must be booked directly through the Venue Manager, not via an external booking provider.
The venue has a self-check in process, with access only between 12pm - 1pm. For arrangements outside of that time you must contact the venue at least 24 hour prior to check-in time to organise an alternative mutually agreed time.
A surcharge may apply if you do not vacate your chalet by the 10am check out time.
Business hours are between 8am-6pm. An after-hours emergency phone contact is listed in the chalet compendium.
There is a drop off zone available to unload your luggage for your chalet. Your vehicle must then be parked in the designated parking area which is a short, downhill walk back to your chalet or in the designated parking area via Gate B.
There is limited visitor parking on wedding days for suppliers requiring access to the chalets (e.g. makeup and hair artists, photographer etc). If additional internal venue access is required, then please make suitable arrangements with the Venue Manager.

No responsibility is taken by Rainforest Gardens Escape for the loss of, or damage to, personal property whilst at the venue.
There will be no access along some sections of the main driveway if a wedding ceremony is taking place. Further exclusion areas may apply where venue staff are preparing for wedding receptions. Directional signage or barriers will direct access away from any exclusion areas.
Access to areas displaying the signage 'Staff Only' and 'Private Property' must be adhered to.
As the venue is set amongst the natural environment and adjacent to productive farmland, please be aware that farm animals and fauna such as wallabies, goannas, scrub turkeys, bandicoots and various birdlife may be present at the venue and/or audible during your stay.
Please do not enter any animal enclosures during your stay.
As it is difficult to light every area of the property, it is recommended that guests take all necessary care when walking throughout the venue grounds and use areas that offer better lighting.
The venue has numerous water hazards (including dams, waterfall, spring and bore) and other hazards such as tree roots, steep inclines, stairs and slippery grassed/rocky surfaces. Please ensure that you and your guests are aware of these hazards and wear suitable footwear around the venue to assist with safety.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in the chalets without an accompanying adult.
Children under the age of 12 must must be supervised by an adult at all times while at the venue.
Please be respectful of other guests whilst at the venue and keep noise to a minimum.
The details of all guests staying on site must be provided to the Venue Manager prior to your stay.
Prior to your arrival you must provide credit card details for additional mini bar use.

Please assist in water conservation as the venue has on-site water storage and does not utilise town water.
As the venue has its own on-site sewerage treatment plant, all sanitary items must be disposed of in the bins provided and not flushed down the toilet.
A speed limit of 10km/hr applies to all vehicles being driven within the venue grounds.
