​Established in 1997, and undergoing major renovations before re-opening in 2015, Rainforest Gardens spans 27 acres of mountainside with exquisite bay views, lush gardens, and native wildlife.

THE
amphitheatre


Nestled against the mountainside amid a lush canopy of palm trees, our
Amphitheatre offers a distinctive setting for your wedding ceremony. The wedding party takes centre stage on our cantilevered deck overlooking a tranquil pond, while your guests relax on tiered timber seating, ensuring everyone has a comfortable view of your special moment.

Thoughtfully designed, this unique space includes a built-in surround sound speaker system and a wireless microphone, leaving no detail overlooked.

The Amphitheatre anticipates your every need, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

In case of inclement weather, the undercover Bell Tower serves as a stunning
alternative, providing a sheltered space for your ceremony and a charming area for guests to gather before or after the vows, all with picturesque bay views. Whether
exchanging vows or savouring post-ceremony canapés, the Amphitheatre is carefully
designed for your wedding day celebrations.

the pavilion​


Perched on the mountainside, The Pavilion boasts panoramic views encompassing Stradbroke, Macleay and Coochimudlo islands. Upon arrival, your guests will be 
captivated by the stunning views and rosy dusk skies, taken in from the expansive viewing deck.

The Pavilion is an undercover, open-air structure that can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated reception and up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception. During the cooler months, blinds are lowered and heaters are lit to enhance your guests’ comfort. 

Our packages are all-inclusive, providing essentials such as timber banquet tables, timber crossback chairs, glassware, crockery, cutlery, and linen napkins. 

With ambient lighting, your guests will dine in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

​Rainforest Gardens Escape provides the ultimate opportunity for indulgence, allowing you to escape from the chaos of everyday life and unwind in the perfect environment, whether it be for a brief getaway or after your wedding night. With a location only 40 minutes from Brisbane or 45 minutes from the Gold Coast, you can enjoy a perfect overnight stay without the hassle of having to travel too far.

Our accommodation is included in our Ceremony & Reception packages for your wedding night, but you can also book a stay for a relaxing getaway. Be sure to take advantage of the tranquil atmosphere and stroll through the gardens while you are here.
