A TROPICAL THEMED WEDDING & 1920'S VIBESMaddy & Mitch met at trivia and hit it off immediately, after which Maddy invited herself to Mitch's work Christmas party. Years later, and their wedding day was full of laughter, surrounded by 100 of their closest family & friends, amongst tropical vibes and flavours of the 1920s . Celebrating alongside 100 friends and family, Maddy & Mitch's wedding was warm, relaxed & fun. Their March wedding day was the perfect temperature, and following the ceremony their guests were treated to cocktails, a tropical fruit cart & canapés whilst taking in the surroundings in the Amphitheatre. "We are a fun loving couple that (normally) love to travel and have a good laugh. We balance each other well as Mitch is very relaxed and jovial whereas I can get stressed quite easily and need to have a plan for everything. I am very extroverted and love to be socialising where as Mitch is quite introverted and loves playing games at home. We bring out the best in each other." They started planning their wedding in 2019, and booked the venue the same week they booked a trip to Europe: "As soon as we stepped foot through the Rainforest Gardens Gates we knew we had to get married there. The private setting and the hidden beauty of this venue spoke to us, also there were alpacas, nothing could compare to the atmosphere of the entire place. Bay views, stunning sunsets and delicious food." How did Mitch pop the question? "There was a family BBQ at My parents house after my brother and his now wife got married, and while all my family was in one place Mitch was considerate enough to pop the question as family means everything to me." Maddy & Mitch escaped to the top of the mountain for sunset photographs - a moment to take in the day so far and bask in each other's company before heading back to their guests for dinner. Here's what they had to say when we asked 'Why did you choose Rainforest Gardens as your wedding venue?': "From the private viewing of the venue to booking the venue of our dreams then to the wedding day itself the whole process was so easy. Adeline was so welcoming and accommodating, especially to my 10 emails a day as every thought I had popped into my head and nothing was too hard or too annoying for her. The planning software made life so easy as everything was at our fingertips. To the rehearsal where Hannah stepped in to help put our minds at ease and made sure everything we dreamt of became a reality, then the wedding day where even when I was half an hour late this wasn't an issue and everything went off without a hitch. Then finally to the catering staff who all came up and told us congratulations to us which they did not need to do. Spectacular team, stunning venue, unforgettable day."
